Who are you?
Step2 UK Ltd is based in Bolton, Lancashire. Located just off the M61 and minutes from the M6, M60, M62 & M65, we are ideally situated to distribute to the whole of the UK. Step2 UK Ltd is wholly owned by The Step2® Company, LLC, headquartered in Streetsboro, Ohio, who are the largest American manufacturer of preschool and toddler toys and the world's largest rotational moulder of plastics.
Is the item I want in stock?
All the products on our site are stocked in the UK. Occasionally we see sales that exceed our expectations. The website will reflect this, but as we are the manufacturer, stock is never far away. Our customer service team will be happy to help you with availability if you can’t buy what you want from the site.
How long should I expect to wait for an out of stock item?
On average, out of stock items will take 7 to 14 days to be restocked and delivered from our distribution centre. If you have selected an out of stock item we will update you when the item arrives prior to dispatching it to you.
How can I pay?
We accept payment in 2 forms:
1) Credit or Debit Card Payment (either online, or by telephone)
2) Cheque or Postal Order (telephone orders only).
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely, all online payments are processed using Sage Pay (part of the SAGE group). Sage Pay is the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK and operate to the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). Do you provide deliveries outside the UK?
Due to the size and weight of our products, we are unable to offer delivery outside the UK.
I don't like what I've bought, what can I do?
Don't panic, we offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. All you have to do is notify us by e-mail at sales@step2uk.com and we will do the rest. Please see our 7 day satisfaction guarantee for more details.
My product is faulty what do I do?
In the first instance you will need to e-mail us at sales@step2uk.com within 48hrs of delivery and advise us of the problem. Then all you need to do is leave the rest to us. Please see our returns policy for more details.
Why do you have a privacy policy?
If you have ever received junk mails you will know the importance of protecting your personal information and your e-mail address. At Step2 UK we take your privacy seriously and will only contact you in relation to your order. We will not send you unsolicited e-mails and will not let anyone else have access to your personal details.
